Sports have never really been my cup of tea; playing, spectating, or really anything to do with them. I could list a million things I would rather do than watch a sport. That being said, today's outfit is what I would/do wear to the occasional games I actually attend. I dress down for this type of occasions because it is apparently socially unacceptable to wear flat-forms + a dress to a baseball game. Like, c'mon? I can't help that I am fabulous, haha. Hope you enjoyed and that you have a fab weekend! xx

Over the past few years, I will admit that I have accumulated quite a few pairs of boots. Tall, short, ankle- you name it. So now when I find a pair I really love, I have to justify the purchase some how......can you say #shopaholicproblems? These shoes in particular were justified by the fall-y suede material and the sneaky zipper up the back. After a full, draining Monday of strutting about the hallways/rigorous campus, I can say they are comfortable beyond compare, which counts for a brownie point in my book.

Long time no blogging! Sorry I haven't been as active on this blog or on social media in general, school has practically taken over my life. However, I went home for a little this weekend and shot some new posts, so I shouldn't be gone again for a while. Oh! If you were wondering, my lip color here is 'Ruby Woo' by MAC. xx

Cut it Out

One of the many things I love about fall includes the ability to layer to your heart's content. Jackets, scarves, coats, sweaters- the possibilities are endless. Specifically,as mentioned in my previous post (here), army jackets are one of my fall essentials. They add a layer of warmth to any outfit and "a layer of chic" if you will. It is especially easy to transition your summer dresses you just can't bear to take off with a basic army jacket. Throw on your favorite "kitten heeled" booties and you are ready to take on the world. Not literally, but at least the school hallways.

I hope you enjoyed this post! I write this as I unwind after tackling a literal stack of books (need I take a picture?) It is only the third day of school and I am already longing for a break. It is going to be a loooooooong and difficult year. In the mean time, I was just wondering if you have any specific post/and or video requests! I would love to hear your thoughts.

Fall Essentials

Instead of just taking a picture of my fall essentials for this blog post, I thought I would try out something different and create a short video! Youtube sorta messed up my video shakiness wise, but it is more or less the same.  Let me know if you would like to see more Youtube videos (leave me some requests as well)! I hope you enjoy it!

Sweater Weather

Ahh! Finally a new post! Sorry for the delay, life has been crazy busy. I am back at school for tennis preseason and school starts Monday *sigh*. My dorm room is basically finished, so if you would like to see some snaps of it leave a comment! I would be happy to. Now for the outfit; the main focus of this look for me is my beloved cut out booties. I have always loved this trend, but never found the perfect pair. What I love about this pair in particular is the elongated heel for some much needed height and the unexpected gunmetal detailing on the buckles. To tie in the edge of the entire look, I wore my new leather skirt, which  I can and will be wearing literally everyday of fall. I hope you enjoyed this post and that you have a great weekend!
