Delicate Decadence

Products:// Dress: Local Boutique, Blazer: Ella Moss, Clutch: Anthropologie, Shoes: Gucci

I think it is safe to say I am obsessed with anything flowered. When I saw this clutch from Anthropologie, I knew I had to have it. With the focus being on the clutch, I decided that a simple dress was in order. In addition to high-waisted shorts, I imagine that for summer (in 28 days!) I will be wearing dresses like this often. It gets insanely hot in New Jersey, so light weight sweaters or any sleeves are a no no!

I hope you enjoyed this outfit post. If you have any post suggestions (maybe a playlist?) or requests, feel free to shoot me an email (side bar) or comment below! Also, let me know when school ends for you!

Well, I must go prepare for a million tests (literally), but I hope you enjoyed these pictures and are having an awesome day!

A New Discovery

Today's post is about my new obsession- my iPad case. Yes, this may seem a little out of the ordinary, but I truly adore it. So, you may or may not know that at school we use the iPad for classes. I originally used the one we were given, but it was flimsy and definitely not my style. However, when the lovely people at Snugg cases contacted me I knew it was fate! Specifically, I have this case, which is the "Snugg iPad 4 Case Cover and Flip Stand in Pink PU Leather."

This case is quite durable and very firm on my iPad, in addition to being completely adorable. Check out Snugg's other products, they are definitely worth looking at!

Products:// Top: Urban Outfitters, Skirt: Pacsun, Necklace: Urban Outfitters, Shoes: Argentina

Today's look contains some of my favorite fashion elements; buttons, spikes, and platforms. Despite the hint of winter mixed with the beautious spring weather, I have been wearing skirts like it is my job. In addition to wearing skirts often, I have been wearing these platforms quite frequently. I think it is time to add some more colors to my collection of one!

If you were wondering how school is going, well, let's just say I am yearning for May 31st, the day I get to stuff my abundance of clothing into suitcases and head home. This summer will entail the sun shining upon my pale skin, shopping for shorts of all kinds, and traveling near and far (my favorite things!). I will make a more in depth post about my upcoming travels, but for now I must focus on finishing up school! I hope you enjoyed this post and you are having a great day.

Flower Sunglasses

1. Inexpensive sunglasses

2. Hot glue gun or maximum strength glue

3. Ceramic decorative flowers (Mine are from this Etsy shop)

The process of this DIY is a lot simpler than you may think. In order to create your sunglasses, simply hot/super glue the flowers to the desired location on your sunnies. Be sure to hold the flowers in place  for at least 30 seconds to ensure they won't slide. Allow at least an hour or two before wear to make sure they are secure.

I hope you enjoyed! If you try out this DIY, post a picture to my Facebook page or Twitter

Coachella Dreaming

Coachella Dreamin'

As many of you know, Coachella 2013 is in action. If you didn't know, Coachella is a music festival full of tunes, food, and fashion. I don't live in SoCal, although I wish I did, so I must remain on the other side of the Californian dream, scrolling through my Instagram feed every second. All sorts of celebrities attend this festival, leaving me to drool over their looks on my phone screen with each twiddle of my thumb. Let me know in the comments if you have gone to Coachella/are going or if you remain in my  shoes!

So for today's post I wanted to show you all some recent purchases! Sorry for the terrible photos, but I shot these literally a minute before beginning my trek back to school *sigh*. Anyway, all of these pieces are currently available at Anthropologie. Everything at that store makes me SO excited for the warm weather! Every corner you turn, there is a plentiful batch of fake flowers and all of the colors of the rainbow in clothing. Anyway, in the comments tell me what you think I should pair with these gems and let me know if you like these posts. Have a great day!

Mirrors on the Wall

Products:// Dress: Urban Outfitters, Vest: Urban Outfitters, Necklace: Local Boutique, Boots: Doc Marten

The day these pictures were taken was a miracle which most likely came from my hopes each day. For the majority of my Easter break at home, I was  staring out the window at the rain trickling down my window pane or busy hanging out with my cronies. However, when this 60 degree weather day turned up I immediately dragged out my photographer mom. For Easter I received this dress and vest, which surprisingly go well together. Coincidentally, I recently purchased the necklace (which is hard to see in these pictures) and it matched the black and white theme. Instead of slipping on my Docs and heading out the door, I decided to board the high-knee sock bandwagon, and finish off with a red lip.

I hope everything is going well with you! I wish you a fabulous weekend! :)

P.S. If you didn't know, Google Reader (Which I believe includes GFC) is closing in July, so if you don't already follow me on Bloglovin', you can do so here
